Nazareth University is seeking a versatile graduate assistant to assist in the promotion of its 25 NCAA Division III teams. Promotion includes to the official athletics website, nazathletics.com, and social media platforms.
Duties will include a combination of office and game day work for a total of 20 hours per week.
Office duties will include creation of social media content and video, assisting with website stories such as athlete of the week, and maintaining the nazathletics.com website.
Game day duties will include: - Set up of webcacast and statistics software for home contests - Inputting statistics using the NLS software for various sports - Statistic caller when needed - Posting social media content to appropriate channels - Posting game recaps to Nazathletics.com
Other duties will be given as needed.
Bachelor's degree and experience in a collegiate athletic communications office
Knowledge of NLS statistics software
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet expected deadlines.
Effective time management
Ability to work evenings/weekends and maintain a flexible work
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
