Carroll University is hiring a Sports Information Graduate Assistant to start on July 1, 2022. This position will report to Carroll University's Director of Athletic Communications. This is a two-year assignment and the applicant must be accepted into one of Carroll University's Graduate-level programs. 

Responsibilities:

• Candidates must be willing and able to support and advance the University mission.
• Assist with all aspects of home game and event sports information tasks – statistics, livestreaming, event staffing, social media and media relations.
• Assist with creating and publishing digital content for assigned sports and events.
• Assist with content generation, scheduling and daily management of social media platforms.
• Assist with updating website content such as rosters, schedules, bios and press releases.
• Assist with statistical record keeping, research and archiving for all sports.
• Follow all applicable NCAA, CCIW and Carroll University policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Four-Year Undergraduate degree
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
• Ability to lift at least 20-pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite
• Knowledge of statistical programs (ie Stat Crew, NCAA LiveStats, PrestoStats)
• Photography, videography, and social media skills
